Sunday after Elevation
Good frame. The wooden chapel stands quietly by the water, and the light at dawn is so gentle that everything around seems to hold its breath.

Aleksandar Radovanović It's nice to see how the light falls on the wooden roof, just that corner near the eaves. Good staff.
James Phillips That wooden chapel by the water looks peaceful. I'd like to see it in person sometime.
Dragan Kostić Is the liturgy celebrated there and when would it be possible to go? How do you get there, is there a way from the main road?
Георгий Кузнецов The wooden chapel looks old, made of thick logs, it is clear that the crowns have already darkened with time. The roof is simple, without unnecessary decorations, as in the northern chapels of the beginning of the last century.
Наталья Беляева Yesterday my daughter showed me a similar pine log house in a book and said “like a house for a fairy tale.” And this chapel, by the way, was made of larch, which is why it has stood for so many years without any special repairs.
Petar Marković The wood has darkened nicely, and the wreath on the corner of the eaves looks like it was made by hand a hundred years ago. Solid work.
Νίκος Σταθόπουλος The timber still looks strong, the beams have not bent at all.
Софья Павлова Yes, larch holds up well. This is the chapel of St. Procopius of Ustyug, which is why it has stood so strong for almost a century.
Павел Петров Хороший снимок, особенно как бревна в тени выделяются. А где и когда это снимали?
Јасмина Стојановска Yes, the larch holds like Sofia said, and the wreaths are sturdy too. Who knows the exact location?
