The Kazan Mother of God Monastery looks peaceful this morning. It always reminds me a bit of the quiet corners in our own church back home.

Юлія Гончар My uncle from Kazan told me that in this monastery they still keep a part of the belt of the Mother of God, which was brought back in the 19th century. The light on the domes is really special.
