The sun came out just as we finished choir practice yesterday. Those beams hitting the cathedral made the whole sky look like it was pointing right at it.
Matthew Brown Sarah, that timing is something else. I remember last fall when the same thing happened right after Vespers — those rays lit up the icon of the Theotokos in the narthex like a spotlight. Makes you wonder if the weather’s just showing up for rehearsal too.
