Chapter. If anyone apparently confesses the Lord and listens to His teaching, but does not obey His commandments; then he is condemned, even if, according to a special dispensation, it was given to him to have spiritual gifts. (Matthew 7:21-23): “Not everyone who says to Me: “Lord!” Lord!” will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Heavenly Father. Many will say to Me on that day: “Lord! God! Have we not prophesied in Your name? and was it not in Your name that they cast out demons? and didn’t they do many miracles in Your name?” And then I will declare to them: I never knew you; Depart from Me, you workers of iniquity,” and so on. (Luke 6:46): “Why do you call Me: “Lord!” God!" “And you do not do what I say?” (Titus 1:16): “They say they know God, but in deeds they deny it, being vile and disobedient and incapable of any good deed.” You might be interested in:
