Index to the letters in Bose of the late St. Theophan

Issues 1–8 St. Feofan the Recluse Saint Theophan, the recluse of Vyshensky, in his numerous letters gives a great variety of advice and instructions for those walking along the path to salvation. Our Holy Athos Monastery, having published 1471 letters of the saint in eight editions to date, the totality of which already constitutes a huge volume, now offers to the favorable attention of admirers of St. Feofan and an index to these letters. This index was compiled by Fr. Archimandrite Nicodemus, caretaker of the St. Petersburg Alexander Nevsky Theological School, in eleven sections: about God and His creation, about the creation of salvation: in the family, in monasticism, in the world, about spiritual work, about vices and virtues, illnesses, confession and Holy Communion, death, the Last Judgment and about Holy Scripture, so that everyone can easily find what they need to salvation.
