While all of Russia brings joy to God about Your prosperity, and prayer for its continuation, we, the inhabitants of this capital, have this addition of joy that we see You Yourself participating in our prayer, and that You can see our joy. He who promised to fulfill the prayer of two or three people, offered in faith and unanimity, may he fulfill the prayer that is now unanimously offered for You by many millions of Your faithful subjects; and may He grant us more often to enjoy this fullness of joy in Your sight.
