A living and unharmed, according to His Divinity, sacrifice! Who voluntarily brought Himself to the Father! You, having risen from the grave, raised with You the progenitor of all - Adam. The God of the Fathers, who took the youths out of the cave, having become a man, you suffer like a mortal, and through suffering you clothe the mortal in the beauty of immortality. He alone is blessed and glorified. The Godly Wives followed you with fragrant ointments, but whom they looked for with tears, as if dead, joyfully bowed down to the living God and proclaimed to Your Disciples, O Christ, the mysterious Easter. We celebrate the killing of death, the destruction of hell, the beginning of another - eternal life, and in delight we glorify the culprit of this, the God of the Fathers, the only blessed and glorified one. This saving night is truly sacred, triumphant and luminous; for it proclaims the luminous day of resurrection, on which for all the eternal Light visibly shone from the grave. This eminent and holy day is the only one of the Saturdays, King and Master, a holiday above holidays, and a triumph over celebrations! We will bless Christ forever. Come, let us join in this famous day of the resurrection of the new fruit of the vine, the Divine joy of the kingdom of Christ, forever singing Christ as God. Zion!
