Пятница Преображение Господне

(2 Cor. 7:10–16; Mark 2:18–22) At the Transfiguration, a voice from heaven spoke nothing more than “Listen to Him” (Matthew 17:5). Why is this so? Because here the fruit of obedience was presented before our eyes. The Heavenly Father said, as it were: Do you want to achieve this? Listen to what He will inspire and command you. And if you follow His path, then you will undoubtedly enter the realm of light, which will embrace you not from the outside, but will come from within, and will always keep you in such a state that all your bones will say: it is good for us to be like this. You will be filled with the light of joy, the light of good mood, the light of knowledge; all sorrows will pass by 8, disturbances of passions will disappear, lies and delusions will dissipate. You will become heavenly on earth, God-born among earthly beings, and eternally blessed among mortal beings. Then everything will be yours, because you yourself will become Christ’s (1 Cor. 3:22–23). He who loves Christ the Lord is loved by the heavenly Father, and both come to him and make their abode with him (John 14:21–23).
