Правило 76

That the bishop himself should not appoint his own heir.
That a bishop should not, out of family feelings for his brother, or son, or relative, ordain anyone he wants to the dignity of bishopric. For it is unrighteous to create heirs to the bishopric, yielding God to human partiality, and the Church of God should not be placed under the authority of heirs. If anyone does this, then this ordination will be invalid, and the one who ordained himself will be punished by excommunication.

Ὅτι οὐ χρὴ ἐπίσκοπον τῷ ἀδελφῷ, ἢ τῷ υἱῷ, ἢ ἑτέρῳ συγγενεῖ χαριζόμενον, εἰς τὸ ἀξίωμα τῆς ἐπισκοπῆς χειροτονεῖν ὃν βούλεται· κληρονόμους γὰρ τῆς ἐπισκοπῆς ποιεῖσθαι οὐ δίκαιον, τὰ τοῦ Θεοῦ χαριζόμενον πάθει ἀνθρωπίνῳ· οὐ γὰρ τὴν τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐκκλησίαν ὑπὸ κληρονόμους ὀφείλει τιθέναι. Εἰ δέ τις τοῦτο ποιήσει, ἄκυρος μενέτω ἡ χειροτονία· αὐτὸς δὲ ἐπιτιμάσθω ἀφορισμῷ.
