On the excommunication of those who appropriate a church sacred vessel or fabric.
Let no one else appropriate a consecrated gold or silver vessel or veil for his own use, for this is illegal. If anyone is found guilty of this, let him be punished by excommunication.

Σκεῦος χρυσοῦν ἢ ἀργυροῦν ἁγιασθέν, ἢ ὀθόνην, μηδεὶς ἔτι εἰς οἰκείαν χρῆσιν σφετεριζέσθω· παράνομον γάρ. Εἰ δέ τις φωραθείη, ἐπιτιμάσθω ἀφορισμῷ.
