That a cleric who fasts or celebrates with Jews or heretics is ejected, and a layman is excommunicated.
If a bishop, or presbyter, or deacon, or in general any of the clergy on the list, fasts with the Jews, or celebrates with them, or accepts holiday gifts from them, for example, unleavened bread or something similar, let him be deposed. If he is a layman, let him be excommunicated.

Εἴ τις ἐπίσκοπος, ἢ πρεσβύτερος, ἢ διάκονος, ἢ ὅλως τοῦ καταλόγου τῶν κληρικῶν, νηστεύοι μετὰ Ἰουδαίων, ἢ ἑορτάζοι μετ᾿ αὐτῶν, ἢ δέχοιτο παρ᾿ αὐτῶν τὰ τῆς ἑορτῆς ξένια, οἷον ἄζυμα ἤ τι τοιοῦτον, καθαιρείσθω· εἰ δὲ λαϊκὸς εἴη, ἀφοριζέσθω.
