Canon 67
On the excommunication of rapists.
If anyone keeps an unbetrothed maiden after he has committed violence against her, let him be excommunicated. He is not allowed to take another wife, but let him have the one he has chosen, even if she is poor.

Εἰ τις παρθένον ἀμνήστευτον βιασάμενος ἔχοι, ἀφοριζέσθω· μὴ ἐξεῖναι δὲ αὐτῷ ἑτέραν λαμβάνειν, ἀλλ᾿ ἐκείνην κατέχειν, ἣν καθῃρετίσατο, κἂν πενιχρὰ τυγχάνῃ.
