That bishops are not obliged to give an account of the management of church things, while the bishop does not have the right to give these things as gifts to his relatives or to sell.
Let the bishop take care of all church things and dispose of them as before the eyes of God. But it is not permissible for him to appropriate any of them or give any of them to his relatives. If they are poor, then let him help them as if they were poor, but let him not sell under this pretext what belongs to the church.
