That those excommunicated by their own bishops should not be accepted or allowed to do penance by other bishops.
If a presbyter or deacon is excommunicated by a bishop, he is not permitted to be received into communion by anyone other than the one who excommunicated him, unless the bishop who excommunicated him dies.

Εἴ τις πρεσβύτερος, ἢ διάκονος, ὑπὸ ἐπισκόπου γένηται ἐν ἀφορισμῷ, τοῦτον μὴ ἐξεῖναι παρ᾿ ἑτέρου δεχθῆναι ἀλλ᾿ ἢ παρὰ τοῦ ἀφορίσαντος αὐτόν, εἰ μὴ ἂν κατὰ συγκυρίαν τελευτήσῃ ὁ ἀφορίσας αὐτὸν ἐπίσκοπος.
