Правило 25
The fact that someone convicted of fornication, or perjury, or theft is deposed from office, but is not excommunicated, like someone who has already been punished.
A bishop, or presbyter, or deacon convicted of fornication, perjury or theft, may be deposed, but not excommunicated. For Scripture says: Do not take revenge twice for the same thing. The same is done with other clerics.

Ἐπίσκοπος, ἢ πρεσβύτερος, ἢ διάκονος ἐπὶ πορνείᾳ, ἢ ἐπιορκίᾳ, ἢ κλοπῇ ἁλούς, καθαιρείσθω, καὶ μὴ ἀφοριζέσθω· λέγει γὰρ ἡ γραφή· Οὐκ ἐκδικήσεις δὶς ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτό. Ὡσαύτως καὶ οἱ λοιποὶ κληρικοί.
