Правило 25

The fact that someone convicted of fornication, or perjury, or theft is deposed from office, but is not excommunicated, like someone who has already been punished.
A bishop, or presbyter, or deacon convicted of fornication, perjury or theft, may be deposed, but not excommunicated. For Scripture says: Do not take revenge twice for the same thing. The same is done with other clerics.
