The fact that an eunuch, who became such for reasons beyond his control, can be a bishop.
Skopets, if he became one due to human malice, or lost his male organs during the period of persecution, or was born this way, and at the same time is worthy, let him become a bishop.

Εὐνοῦχος, εἰ μὲν ἐξ ἐπηρείας ἀνθρώπων ἐγένετό τις, ἢ ἐν διωγμῷ ἀφῃρέθη τὰ ἀνδρῶν, ἢ οὕτως ἔφυ, καὶ ἔστιν ἄξιος, ἐπίσκοπος γινέσθω.
