On the excommunication of a bishop who accepted a cleric without a letter of dismissal.
If the bishop with whom they end up, without attaching any importance to the prohibition imposed on them in ministry, accepts them as clergy, let him be excommunicated as a teacher of outrage.

Εἰ δὲ ὁ ἐπίσκοπος, παρ᾿ ᾧ τυγχάνουσι, παρ᾿ οὐδὲν λογισάμενος τὴν κατ᾿ αὐτῶν ὁρισθεῖσαν ἀργίαν, δέξηται αὐτοὺς ὡς κληρικούς, ἀφοριζέσθω, ὡς διδάσκαλος ἀταξίας.
