Правило 12
On the excommunication of those who accepted and were accepted into the clergy without a representative letter.
If any cleric or layman, excommunicated or rejected, leaves and is received in another city without a representative letter, then both the one who accepted and the one accepted will be excommunicated.

Εἴ τις κληρικός, ἢ λαϊκός, ἀφωρισμένος, ἤτοι ἄδεκτος, ἀπελθὼν ἐν ἑτέρᾳ πόλει προσδεχθῇ ἄνευ γραμμάτων συστατικῶν, ἀφοριζέσθω καὶ ὁ δεξάμενος, καὶ ὁ δεχθείς.
