Meeting in Sargat districttranslated

The rector of the Nikolsky Monastery and the dean of the district, Hegumen Seraphim, met with the general director of the Lyubinsk milk canning plant Gennady Walter.

During Gennady Walter's working trip to the Sargat region, he met with the rector of the St. Nicholas Monastery, Abbot Seraphim (Maksimov). The meeting took place at the Sargat Museum of History and Local Lore.

Hegumen Seraphim told the guest about plans to install a memorial sign in the village of Aksyonovo on the site of a chapel in honor of the Abalak Icon of the Mother of God. This project could become an important event for the entire Sargat region.

The interlocutors agreed on further cooperation in preserving the memory of shrines and the spiritual revival of their small homeland.
