Visit of Members of the Hellenic Parliament to the Metropolitan of Warsaw

On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, Metropolitan Sawa of Warsaw and All Poland received a visit from the members of the Presidium of the Greece-Poland Parliamentary Friendship Group of the Hellenic Parliament.

The delegation consisted of: the Chairman of the committee, MP Spyridon Koulkoudinas; the Vice-Chairman, MP Ioannis Tsimaris; MP Andriana Panagiotopoulou; as well as Mr. Georgios Pilichos and Mr. Andreas Koskinidis. The delegation was accompanied by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic to the Republic of Poland, Her Excellency Niki Kamba.

During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the current situation in Greece and Poland, ecclesiastical matters within both nations, and the challenges facing humanity in the light of ongoing armed conflicts.
