Photo exhibition “Liturgy with the Patriarch” opened in Vileikatranslated
On August 19, 2026, with the blessing of Bishop Pavel of Molodechno and Stolbtsy, the opening of the photo exhibition “Liturgy with the Patriarch” took place in the Vileika city house of culture.
The opening ceremony began with joint prayer singing.
The secretary of the Molodechno diocese, Archpriest Vitaly Bogdanenok, read out the welcoming address of His Grace Bishop Paul, in which the ruling bishop congratulated everyone on the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord and noted the important educational significance of the photo exhibition, which gives the viewer the opportunity to become familiar with all stages of the Divine Liturgy and get an idea of the scale of the Patriarchal service.
The head of the department of ideological work and youth affairs of the Vileika District Executive Committee, Zhanna Starodub, also delivered a welcoming speech.
The head of the service and information department of the Vileika Regional Central Library named after Anna Novik, Victoria Bokhan, the host of the ceremony, spoke about the history and content of the exhibition.
