In the village of Zeledeevo, a chapel was consecrated in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God “The Sign”translated

On September 12, in the village of Zeledeevo, a chapel in honor of the icon of the Most Holy Theotokos “The Sign” was solemnly opened. Residents of Kedrovoy also took part in the event: a delegation led by the deputy of the Yemelyanovsky District Council of Deputies, the head of the branch of the House of Culture of the urban settlement of Kedrovy, Yulia Fedoruk, and the rector of the Church of Peter and Fevronia, Priest Konstantin, came to support their neighbors. Father Konstantin performed the rite of consecration of the chapel and a prayer service, after which he sprinkled those gathered with holy water and blessed them to preserve the Orthodox faith.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Police Major General Alexei Zapyantsev, Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Emelyanovsky" Police Colonel Igor Boburkov, Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory Yuri Mikhailovich, Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Emelyanovsky District Nina Chernyaeva, as well as veterans of internal affairs bodies and deputies.

The builders were awarded medals and letters of gratitude, and artists from the cultural centers of the urban settlement of Kedrovy and the village of Memory of 13 Fighters presented a festive program.
