On the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, Bishop Ignatius celebrated the Liturgy at the Epiphany Cathedral in the city of Polotsktranslated

On August 19, on the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord God and our Savior Jesus Christ, Bishop Ignatius of Polotsk and Glubokoe led the Divine Liturgy at the Epiphany Cathedral in the city of Polotsk.
Concelebrating with His Eminence were: Priest Georgy Odynets, Priest John Gavrilchik, Priest John Nabokov, Deacon Gennady Dzichkovsky, Deacon John Kamenkov, Deacon Boris Marmuzevich.
The liturgical hymns were performed by the bishop's choir under the direction of Tatyana Leonovich.
After the special litany, Bishop Ignatius offered a prayer for the restoration of peace.
Following the prayer behind the pulpit, His Eminence and the concelebrating clergy performed glorification of the holiday.
After the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, Vladyka Ignatius consecrated the fruits of the new harvest brought by the believers.
Upon completion, the archpastor addressed the parishioners and clergy of the cathedral with a word of edification.
On the eve of Nadezhda Iosifovna Apalko's birthday, Bishop Ignatius congratulated the mother of Archbishop Gury of Novogrudok and Slonim on her 90th birthday.
Bishop Ignatius of Polotsk and Glubokoe congratulated the participants on their reception of the Holy Mysteries of Christ and gave everyone the archpastoral blessing.
