In the life of the "underground" church dedicated to the Holy Righteous Joseph the Bridegroom (the earthly father of Jesus Christ), which was built in the Park of the Holy Family in the settlement of Source, on September 20, 2026, a new "chapter" opened — the first Divine Liturgy was celebrated here.

The church, where prayers for fathers, the creation of families, harmony, and well-being in the "little church" will be heard, is already beautifully adorned. Interior finishing works have been completed, the first icons are in place on the iconostasis, and a significant part of the holy images decorates the church space.

This is a unique underground hand-carved Orthodox church at a depth of 9 meters below ground level in the settlement of Source (Ekaterinburg) in the Park of the Holy Family.

The Divine Liturgy was celebrated by Archimandrite Dimitry (Baybakov), the abbot, founder, and director of the Orthodox television channel "Union," who thanked the parishioners for their participation in the divine service and called on them to pray for the iconographer, the holy handmaid of God Love, who is creating holy images for this new House of God.
