A festival dedicated to the Day of the Baptism of Rus' will be held in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christtranslated

From July 24 to 28, the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ will become the center of the celebration of the Day of the Baptism of Rus'. The festival was timed to coincide with the day of remembrance of the holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga and Prince Vladimir. Guests will be able to take part in festive services, concerts, creative meetings, excursions, master classes and a large family program. Festive services will take a special place in the program. July 24, the day of remembrance of Saint Princess Olga. July 28, the day of memory of St. Prince Vladimir. The solemn bishop's Liturgies on these days will begin at 9.00. For the cathedral, this day is the patronal holiday of the lower church, consecrated in honor of the Baptist of Rus'. During the festival, guests will also be treated to: - concerts of creative groups; - guitar evening in the open air; - plein air and exhibition of the artist Alexander Razboinikov; - excursions around the cathedral; - creative master classes for children and adults; - games, competitions, fair, tea drinking and treats.
