Advanced training courses for teachers of the Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture have opened in Blagoveshchensktranslated

On June 22, at the Amur Regional Institute for Educational Development, classes began on the additional professional development program “Teaching the module “Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture” as part of the ORKSE course.”
The program is designed for 40 teaching hours and is aimed at improving the professional competencies of teachers teaching or planning to teach the module “Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture” in educational institutions of the Amur region.
The opening of the courses was conducted by the head of the department of religious education and catechesis of the Annunciation diocese, Hieromonk Alexander (Bashnyak). In his address, he noted the importance of spiritual and moral education of the younger generation and the special role of the teacher in shaping the worldview of schoolchildren.
The main part of the educational program will be conducted by the methodologist of the department of religious education and catechesis of the Annunciation diocese Marina Viktorovna Moskaleva, who has many years of experience in teaching and methodological support of the course “Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture”.
