Bakshtov Secondary School celebrated Knowledge Day with a priestly blessingtranslated

On September 1, at the secondary school named after Maria Nikolaevna Chernik, which is located in the village of Bakshty, Ivyevsky district, a solemn assembly dedicated to the Day of Knowledge was held.

The celebration was attended by honored guests: Deputy Chairman of the Ivyevsky District Executive Committee Elena Gennadievna Makutsevich, Deputy Head of the Education Department of the Ivyevsky District Executive Committee Svetlana Vitoldovna Rynkevich, Chairman of the Bakshtovsky Rural executive committee Bulyak Alexander Vladimirovich, rector of the Church of the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon, Archpriest Vitaly Utekalko.

The day before, many of the disciples confessed and received the Holy Mysteries of Christ.

Father Vitaly congratulated everyone present and wished God's help to the students in their difficult work - studying. He also urged us to learn the most important lesson in life - to learn to love God and our neighbors.

I agree, this is truly the most important thing you can take away from school. Last year, before September 1, about twenty children from the parallel received communion; I wonder if it was similar in Bakshty. Are you from those parts yourself or do you just follow the news of the parish?
