Turkey: An International Team Strives to Save a Millennium-Old Georgian Church Threatened by Collapsetranslated

An international team comprising architects, designers, filmmakers, and conservation specialists from five countries is working to save a Georgian church that is approximately 1,100 years old and located in the northeast of Turkey, which is threatened by collapse. According to a statement by Spanish architect Tassilo de la Torre Schönborn, who coordinates the project, the Nuka Sakdari Church is situated in the Artvin province and constitutes the last remnant.
