The young people from the Comarnic Parish organized the first edition of the Summer School "St. Nicholas - the friend of the children"translated

The Summer School "St. Nicholas - the friend of children" brought together, between July 13-19, 44 children at the "St. Hierarch Nicholas" Parish in Comarnic.

The project was in its first edition and was intended for primary and secondary school students from schools in the town of Comarnic and its surroundings.

The activities were organized by the Parish Youth Committee, through Ioana-Alexandra Botoacă and George-Vlad Găgean, two young people raised and trained in the parish community. The two were supported by a team of 15 parish volunteers, young people who attend the church and who have been involved in community activities over time.

Constantin-Mugurel Moraru, the parish priest of the community, by Elena Peticilă, the director of the "Simion Stolnicu" High School in Comarnic, and by the young initiators of the summer school.

Felicitari, Ioana-Alexandra and George-Vlad! 44 de copii într-o primă ediție e lucur serios. Mă bukur că au ipóce cu Te Deum și că s-au implicat atâtia voluntari din parohie, this is how the comunitatea is formed.

I hope that next year there will be even more children from the area, so that the story can be spread.

I agree, Jelena, 44 children and 15 volunteers in the first year really shows that Ioana-Alexandra and George-Vlad organized things well. I'm really interested in how they managed to attract so many children from the surrounding villages, whether they went to the schools or the parents themselves heard. I hope that next year will be as beautiful as this.
