The priest loudly discussed my sins in front of everyone during confession. What should I do?translated

Reader question:

Hello. I just started going to church. I live in a village, I go to churches in neighboring villages. There are three of them, one abbot. I confessed to him. I left the church with a light heart. The last time there was a different priest, I had never seen him before. Confession went poorly. He discussed sins very loudly, and the church is small. He also said my sins, I couldn’t even remember them. I just remembered that I don’t fast and don’t read the Gospel. But I can’t fast: I have epilepsy and diabetes. I’m reading the Gospel, I don’t understand it well yet, I found a Bible for beginners. I couldn’t tell him anything, I was afraid that it would be an excuse. Confused, I just nodded. He did not allow me to take communion. I left with a lump in my throat. It’s unpleasant that the whole church heard. All the parishioners are familiar. I regret that I went to confession. Now in confused feelings, the feeling that I sinned during confession. I'm trying to cope with the resentment. I don't understand how to feel about this. Maybe the old priest was too soft, and everything is so bad? Should he be trusted? Before that, I was at confession and communion a week ago.

Nothing bad happened during the week. Help me figure it out.
