With the blessing of Negovo, His Grace Metropolitan of Sofia and Bulgarian Patriarch Daniel and under the direct leadership of Archpriest Sergei Pavlov - Chairman of the capital's Church of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary, apt. “Malashevtsi”, at the beginning of October 2026, opening the gates of the Enoriisky center at the church. The newly opened Church School “Vyara and Belly” will continue to focus on spiritual, enlightenment and cultural activities in two directions: 1. Course for growing up “Orthodox piety”; 2. Religion for the child “Värvam, peya and risuvam” (simultaneous training in 3 modules: Orthodox doctrine, peene and risuvane).

In direction 1 - “Orthodox piety” - the teachers are Archpriest Sergei Pavlov and Dr. Desislava Panayotova - an Orthodox theologian and expert on “Programs and Projects” in the Cultural and Educational Department of the Holy Synod at the BOC. Father Sergei, having already entered the course through his long-term secular experience and rich theological knowledge, and Dr. Panayotova also applied catechetical and experience, trained in the Enoriisky center and the Central Regional Religious Culture Center “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” at the capital’s church “St. St. Cyril” and Methodius."
