The battle flag of Saint Stephen the Great, exhibited at the Palace of Culture in Iasitranslated

The battle flag of Saint Stephen the Great was exhibited at the Palace of Culture in Iași on the occasion of the opening of SACRUM. Iasi Art Festival.
The exhibit is presented to the Iași public for the second time in the last 70 years and can be admired until October 30.
Together with the flag, models of some monuments dedicated to Stephen the Great are exhibited, the document discovered this year inside the voivode's statue in front of the Palace of Culture, as well as other pieces and historical testimonies.
The objects are presented as part of the "Stephan the Great: Testimony of Courage and Faith" Exhibition.
The exhibition is curated by Cornel Constantin Ilie, director of the National History Museum of Romania, and Senica Țurcanu, director of the Iasi History Museum
"It was natural to respond to the invitation to have the flag here, because although it has been before, after arriving in Beijing, Paris, Chisinau and New York, it was natural to return to Iași, especially on such a special occasion," said the curators of the exhibition.
