A regular meeting of the Diocesan Council took placetranslated

On June 25, at the diocesan administration of the Tiraspol-Dubossary diocese, under the chairmanship of His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary, a regular meeting of the Diocesan Council was held. Opening the work of the meeting, the Ruling Bishop welcomed the participants and determined the main directions for discussing the issues on the agenda.

During the meeting, organizational issues related to the preparation and execution of the necessary documentation for certain areas of diocesan activity were discussed. The first assistant to the Ruling Bishop, Archimandrite John (Danilescu), delivered a corresponding message.

Members of the Diocesan Council also discussed preparations for the upcoming meeting with the Minister of Education and heads of educational authorities, within the framework of which it is planned to consider issues of interaction between the Church and educational institutions. On this issue, the chairman of the OOPP “Nachalo” V. M. Dvoryanu was heard.

Particular attention was paid to anniversaries and memorable dates of the current year. The dean presented information about upcoming anniversaries of churches, memorable dates and significant events in the life of the parishes of the diocese.…
