Michael ClarkThat's a good reminder. I catch myself getting worked up in traffic or arguing with the lads about the match, and it always goes better when I remember to step back and keep quiet instead of proving my point. Humility really does stop half the trouble before it starts.

Ruth WilsonYeah, that line about humility stopping trouble before it starts hits home. Last week I almost snapped at a patient’s family in the ER over nothing, then caught myself and just listened instead. Made the whole shift go smoother.
