Thank you for writing. It’s good when such a rank is served at the Pskov-Pechersk Monastery, I always try to get there if I’m nearby. It is especially touching when the brethren of Hieromonk Prokhor sing “Noble Joseph.” And this year, probably, a lot of people gathered for the holiday.

Yes, in Pskov-Pecherskaya it is always especially felt when the brethren of Hieromonk Prokhor sing “Blessed Joseph”. This year, they say, there were really a lot of people, they even stood on the street. Thank you for reminding me about the service.

I always try to make it to that service at the Pskovo-Pechersky monastery too. The way the brothers under hieromonk Prokhor sing “Благообразный Иосиф” really stays with me. Sounds like it was packed this year, even people standing outside—must have been something.

Yes, this year, they say, they even stood on the street. We also serve this rank in Kazan, but in the Pskov-Pechersk monastery, under Hieromonk Prokhor, the brethren sing “Noble Joseph” especially well, I always remember. Thanks for the reminder.

Yeah, that "Благообразный Иосиф" from Fr. Prokhor's brothers really does stick with you. I remember hearing it last time I was at the monastery and it made the whole service feel heavier, in a good way. Sounds like it was standing-room-only this year.

This year, I also managed to be at a similar service, only not in Pechory, but in a nearby monastery. The moment when the brothers quietly, almost in a whisper, sang "Blagoobraznyi Iosif" was very memorable - it gave me goosebumps. And in Pskovo-Pechersk, they say, there was really nowhere for the apple to fall, it's good that people come.

Yes, “Noble Joseph” always comes out so heartfelt, as if time stops. I couldn’t come this year, but I heard that people were even standing on the porch. Were you at the service yourself or did you hear about it from friends?
