On October 10 and 11, 2026, Sliven will host the first edition of the SLIVEN FUTURE FORUM 2026 under the title "Investments and the future for the Sliven region". The large-scale event will be held at Hotel Imperia Fratelli and is organized by an independent Initiative Committee with the aim of drawing a common economic vision for the four municipalities in the region - Sliven, Nova Zagora, Tvarditsa and Kotel.

The forum is designed as a dynamic platform to turn the potential of the region into concrete investment contacts, partnerships and subsequent steps. The program will bring together state and local government representatives, international diplomats, business leaders, financial organizations, universities and entrepreneurs.

The initiative committee of SLIVEN FUTURE FORUM 2026 is an independent civil initiative of a non-governmental nature. Its founders are Vesela Momcheva-Town (national representative and entrepreneur in tourism), Dr. Diana Sivinova (expert on the labor market and human capital) and Georgi Nikolaev (entrepreneur in the digital sphere and AI).
