Schoolchildren tried to weave nets together with parish volunteerstranslated

Prikhody.ru 09/17/2026. Volunteers of the Pokrovsky parish of the village of Starominskaya (Krasnodar Territory) daily weave camouflage nets for participants in a special military operation. Women weave ribbons with prayers into them and insert letters from schoolchildren.
Next to the church there is a special correctional boarding school. Her students regularly visit the church on excursions and talk with priests. The guys often give volunteers letters for the fighters, according to the public page of the Yeisk diocese on the social network VKontakte.
However, on September 16, 9th grade students not only brought letters to the soldiers, but also watched how nets were weaved and learned from volunteers about what net weaving consists of. Schoolchildren and volunteers told each other about their relatives participating in hostilities in the zone of a special military operation, and strengthened each other in anticipation of the heroes returning with victory.
