The main shrine of the Zhadovsky monastery in the Barysh diocese is the miraculous image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, miraculously revealed in the 18th century. On July 21, on the day of honoring the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, the Archpastors of the Simbirsk Metropolis performed a festive cathedral service in the monastery.
