I'm glad the work is going on. 1676–1682 is very old, good not to be lost. I hope they fast forward to 2026.

It’s good that money from the budget was allocated specifically for this church built in 1676–1682; it is truly of federal importance. The main thing is that everything is not extended until 2026 as usual. In Rostov, too, a couple of ancient churches have been delayed for years, I hope they will get it done faster here.

I am glad that the work on the Tikhvin church from 1676-1682 continues. In Moscow, they have experience with such objects, I really hope it does not drag on until 2026 like in Rostov under Grigoriy. We in Sofia also restored an old church and I know how slow it goes when the money doesn't arrive on time.

The church from 1676-1682 is really important, I'm glad they still give money from the budget. As long as it doesn't drag on like in Rostov under Grigoriy, then everything falls apart. We here in Burgas are also waiting for them to fix an old church, the money is still not coming in time.

It’s good that money from the budget was again allocated specifically for this church of 1676–1682, which is also of federal significance. We also had an old church restored in Minsk, and when the funding went according to schedule, everything moved faster. The main thing is that they don’t extend it until 2026, like Grigory did in Rostov.

I am glad that you also went through this in Sofia with the restoration. Here in Moscow, they usually give the money in portions, so it is often delayed, but at least the specialists are good. And which church exactly did you restore, Ivanka?
Η
Ηλίας Δημητρίου
Yes, I agree, 1676–1682 is very old and should not be lost. I hope they finish the dome properly too, because last year I was looking at the scaffolding and it still seemed a long way off. How do you know the church, have you been inside?
К
Константин Беляев
Yes, the main thing is that the money goes to work and is not squandered. Last year, our roof was repaired just according to this program, and things moved forward immediately. And in Minsk, what kind of church was restored, if it’s not a secret?
Α
Αναστασία Μιχαηλίδου
Yes, the dome needs attention, last year when I passed by the scaffolding was all the way up and still working. I have entered two years ago in a liturgy, it is a small but very warm church. When was the last time you visited him?
А
Антон Орлов
Yes, I completely agree, the main thing is that it doesn’t get smeared into your pockets. Last year we also had our roof patched using this program, and it was immediately obvious how things had progressed. And in Minsk, by the way, can you tell me which church they had in mind?
М
Мариана Петкова
I am glad that you in Sofia have also felt how much it depends on timely financing. Here in Moscow, the specialists are really experienced, but the portions of money often drag out the work. Which church exactly did you restore and what was the most difficult thing for you there?
Р
Росица Стефанова
I'm glad that financing is the same pain for you. We in Sofia restored the small chapel "St. Paraskeva" in "Kremikovtsi" - the most difficult thing for us was the moisture in the walls, which corroded the old frescoes. And at your place in Alekseevskoe, what exactly are they doing now - are they cleaning or covering the iconostasis?
Μ
Μιχάλης Παναγιωτόπουλος
Yes, the church was built exactly at that time and is one of the oldest in the area. I went through last March for a service, the dome still had scaffolding but the atmosphere was quiet. How did you meet him, from a nearby neighborhood?
Р
Росица Петрова
I'm glad that the specialists are good for you too, Metodi. In Sofia, they restored the Saint Paraskeva church on Pirotska street - the work went slowly, in stages, just like with you. And how many years have they been restoring yours in Alekseevskoe?
В
Величка Ангелова
I'm glad you too are feeling this pain with the stretched portions of money. Here in Kremikovtsi, it was the humidity that made it difficult for us the most, but now we are getting better. And at your place in Alekseevskoe, what exactly are they cleaning now - the icons or the wooden iconostasis?
Н
Надежда Стоянова
I'm glad that your dampness is getting better now, Velichka, it's the most stubborn thing. At our place, now the icons are mainly being cleaned - they are removing the old varnish and the layering of the years, and the iconostasis will be the next step. And for you in Kremikovtsi, what exactly did you struggle with the most - the condensation or the groundwater?
Д
Десислава Петкова
Here in Kremikovtsi, we struggled the most with underground water, Velichka, the condensation was less. I'm glad you have the icons cleaned up now - that's a big deal. And how long did it take you to deal with the moisture in the foundations?
Р
Роман Богданов
Yes, Konstantin, I’m completely right - so as not to smear it, but to get to the point. We just started strengthening the dome in Alekseevsky, it’s clear that it’s not in vain. And in Minsk, to be honest, I also don’t know which church they meant, maybe someone can tell me?
Б
Богдана Николова
I'm glad your dampness is on the mend Velichka, it was our main enemy for years too. Now they mostly clean the icons, remove the old varnish and ink from the candle smoke. And you in Kremikovtsi, what did you use against moisture - special preparations or simply better ventilation?
Χ
Χριστίνα Θεοδώρου
Yes, it was built right then, in 1676-82, and is one of the oldest around. I met him years ago when I was hiking in the North Forest and stopped in for a while. Did you only go to that function or do you return often?
Γ
Γεωργία Βασιλείου
Yes, it was built right around that time, 1676-1682, and is one of the oldest around. I only went for that service last year, but I'm thinking of going again in the spring to see how the restoration of the frescoes is progressing. Did you often go to the Northwoods then?
