With the blessing of the parish rector, Father Sergius performed a prayer service at the Department of Temporary Residence for Elderly and Disabled Citizens (EDC) in the village of Is.

During the visit, the priest provided the OVP wards with the opportunity to touch the holy relics of St. Sergius of Radonezh and Agapit of Pechersk - this became a significant and touching event for the elderly and disabled, allowing them to feel a connection with the great spiritual tradition and become part of the sacred action.
