The Sunday school “DIALOGOS” began operating at the Annunciation Greek Church in Rostov-on-Don. In the new academic year, classes are held in the format of a lecture hall and discussion club. Participants in the meetings discuss current issues of the relationship between the Church and the modern world, as well as various aspects of the spiritual life of a Christian.

The program is designed for two semesters - from September to June. The full schedule of topics is published on the parish’s official page on the VKontakte social network.

On September 13, 2026, on the eve of the church new year (Indicta), the first meeting of the new season took place. Its topic was the understanding of the data of modern science on the origin of the world and man in the light of biblical revelation.

Rostov scientists took part in the discussion: Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor of the Don Theological Seminary Andrey Stultsev and Master of Philosophy, candidate for the Department of Philosophy of Religion and Religious Studies of the Southern Federal University Vladimir Mamonov.

The next meeting of the DIALOGOS discussion club will take place on September 27, 2026. The topic of the meeting was “The Orthodox view of man and his place in the world.”
