The Chairman of the Commission for Physical Culture and Sports of the Rostov-on-Don Diocese took part in interregional rugby competitions in the village of Dinskayatranslated

On September 7, 2026, at the Kuban stadium in the village of Dinskaya, Krasnodar Territory, interregional rugby competitions dedicated to the 190th anniversary of the birth of St. Nicholas of Japan took place.

The tournament was organized on the initiative of the Commission for Physical Culture and Sports of the Rostov-on-Don Diocese within the framework of inter-diocesan cooperation with the Commission for Physical Culture and Sports of the Ekaterinodar and Kuban Diocese.

The competition brought together young athletes from the Southern Federal District in the age categories up to 12 and under 14 years old. Teams from Krasnodar, Sochi, Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog and Dinsky district took part in the tournament. The Chairman of the Commission for Physical Culture and Sports of the Rostov-on-Don Diocese, the rector of the Church of the Prophet Elijah, Priest Pavel Dudoladov, accompanied the Taganrog team as a confessor.
