October 22, 2020 – А Joyous New Tradition / Новая Радостная Традиция

Наш приход недавно получил частицу мощей Святителя Иоанна Шанхайского и Сан-Францисского Чудотворца для нашего храма. По Благословению Архиепископа Кирилла Сан-Францисского, протоиерей Пётр Перекрестов привёз нам эту великую святыню. Мощевик приделан к нашей написанной иконе святителя – смотрите фото.

Из-за нестроений и бедствий в нашей стране и во всём мире, после каждой Литургии мы теперь выносим икону с мощами на середину храма и служим краткий молебен, дабы Господь Бог, по молитвам свят. Иоанна, даровал нам мир, благополучие, и здравие.

Святителю отче наш Иоанне чудотворче, моли Бога о нас грешных!

Our parish recently received a particle of the relics of St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco the Wonderworker for our church. With the blessing of Archbishop Kirill of San Francisco, Archpriest Peter Perekrestov brought us this sacred item. The reliquary is now attached to our painted icon of the saint. Please see the photo below.

Due to the civil unrest and natural calamities in our country and throughout the world, after each Liturgy we now place the icon with the relics of St. John…
