Commemorative event in the village of Is: a conversation about compassion and memorytranslated

On September 3, a memorial event dedicated to the victims of the Beslan tragedy was held at the Artyom club in the village of Is, Nizhneturinsky district. An important feature of the meeting was the active participation of teenagers: for the younger generation it is especially important to preserve the memory of the tragic events and realize how fragile human life is.
The words of the guest, the rector of the Church in the name of the Saints Zosima and Savvaty of Solovetsky, Priest Sergius Dubrovsky, gave special depth to the event. Father Sergius addressed the children in the format of a confidential conversation - without edification, but with a sincere desire to help them understand difficult topics. He talked about compassion, the importance of being able to support a person who is currently hurting, and the importance of memory - as what makes us truly human.
Such meetings become not just history lessons, but an opportunity for dialogue between generations and the cultivation of a sensitive, caring heart. The parish in the name of Saints Zosima and Savvaty of Solovetsky in the village of Is thanks everyone who took part in the memorable event and emphasizes the importance of preserving historical memory and developing the ability to empathize in young people.
