On Wednesday, the state officials sent congratulations to the Blessed Father Patriarch Daniel on the occasion of his 19th anniversary since his enthronement as Primate of the Romanian Orthodox Church.

The messages were presented during the festive moment by His Holiness Father Varlaam Ploieșteanul, Patriarchal Vicar Bishop, which took place in the Europa Christiana hall of the Palace of the Patriarchate.

Among those who sent congratulations are Nicușor Dan, President of Romania, Mircea Abrudean, President of the Romanian Senate, Sorin Mihai Grindeanu, President of the Chamber of Deputies, Marian Cătălin Predoiu, Interim Minister of Internal Affairs, and Ciprian-Vasile Olinici, Secretary of State for Religions.
