New cultural space of Ust-Ishimtranslated

On June 30, 2026, the grand opening of the site “Our Place of Goodness and Unity” took place on the territory of the Ust-Ishim Intersettlement Library.

Many village residents, walking along Pobeda and Shkolnaya streets in May, could see how a beautiful open veranda was being built near the district library. Construction proceeded literally by leaps and bounds, and many were probably wondering: what would happen here?

And so, on June 30 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, with a gathering of residents of Ust-Ishim, guests, as well as the direct ideological inspirers and implementers of the project, the opening of a new social and cultural platform “Our Place of Goodness and Unity” took place.

The implementation of the project became possible within the framework of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 809 of November 9, 2022 “On approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values.”

The starting point for the chain of events that culminated in the grand opening can be considered a call in the fall of 2024 from the Ministry of Internal Policy of the Omsk Region with an offer to participate in a grant competition.
