Diocese of Arusha: New borehole for drinking water in a school in Africatranslated

With special emotion and feelings of gratitude to God, the consecration of the new borehole took place in the courtyard of the school of Ibogo village, in the Iringa district of Central Tanzania, by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Arusha and Central Tanzania Mr. Agathonikos. The work of opening and constructing the well was implemented by the Holy Metropolis of Arousa. The new borehole is a valuable offer to students, teachers and the entire local community, as it ensures access to clean and safe drinking water, meeting one of the most important needs of their daily lives. With the completion of the new drilling, and the renovation of the school facilities that preceded it a few months ago, the school now has all the basic infrastructure required for its smooth operation.
The Holy Diocese of Arusha is handing over to the Ibogo community an essentially new school, which will be a place of creation and hope for the next generations. This is yet another practical proof that the Orthodox Mission is expressed daily through works of love, giving and practical support of people.
