Young people from the Patriarchate of Georgia in Rhodestranslated

With the support of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, an international camp for young people from Abkhazia aged 11 to 15 was organized in Rhodes. For two weeks, from 7 to 20 August, young people took part in a variety of cultural, educational and recreational activities. Excursions were organized for them to the historical monuments of Rhodes.
As part of the program, the Director of the Public Relations Office of the Georgian Patriarchate, Deacon Ioannis Gorelisvili, lectured the participants on values-based education.
At the closing ceremony of the camp, the young people presented traditional Georgian dances and songs to their Greek hosts.
