The Children and Youth Symphony Orchestra under the auspices of the Holy Archdiocese of Athenstranslated

The Children-Youth Symphony Orchestra is a unique orchestral youth ensemble composed only of children and young people, music students, aged 7-18 - without the cooperation of their teachers or professionals - and most of them are holders of prizes and scholarships of international competitions or study in Music Academies of Europe and America, next to leading teachers and soloists. It has more than twenty years of activity and distinctions both in Greece and abroad and essentially functions as a music academy of our homeland.

Conductor and "soul" of the Orchestra is the internationally renowned violinist Ms. Nina Patrikidou, who created this Orchestra and offers her services uncharitably with zeal and self-sacrifice. He has appeared repeatedly in almost all the concert venues of Athens and Thessaloniki (Herodion, Megaron of Music, Center of Macedonian Studies of Thessaloniki, Presidential Palace, Parliament, St. Niarchos Foundation, Center of Arts of Chalandrio, etc.), in Spiritual Centers and theaters of various cities in Greece as well as abroad (recently in Salzburg and Vienna).
