The refugee town of Nea Kios Argolida honors Panagia Tricheroussatranslated

With all its splendor, the refugee city of Nea Kios celebrates the feast of the Synagogue of the Most Holy Theotokos of the so-called Tricherousis. The miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary "Tricherousis - Koukouzelissa" is kept as a divine treasure in the Church of the Virgin Mary in new Kios On the eve of the feast, a Grand Solemn Vespers was held with a sacrificial offering and a Divine Sermon by the Preacher of the Argolis Metropolis, Archimandrite Leontios Xintaropoulos, and then the Litanization of the Holy Icon took place for the blessing of the faithful.

After the services, the vicars of the church, Protopresbyter Fr. Demosthenes Gatsios and Fr. Ilias Gatsios, thanked the priests as well as the faithful who honored the feast of the Virgin Mary with their presence.
